Features may include:

Technology & Innovation

Straightforward Tech Comes Standard

The Massey Ferguson® 1 Series round baler integrates proven technology from decades of industry-leading innovation to make the baling process more efficient and more comfortable.

Camless Pick-up

A camless pick-up is standard on the Massey Ferguson 1 Series round baler for increased comfort and efficiency. It also reduces the power required for efficient operation.

Front-Mounted Net Binding System

A front-mounted net binding system with a swing-away loading rack offers fast, tight, stress-free binding, while still offering best-in-class visibility of the pick-up.

Durability

These balers are engineered to deliver dependable, long-lasting service, even in extreme conditions. Triple-lip sealed bearings, heavy wall aggressive rollers, debris shields and more work keep these machines in the field all season long.

High Speed Hay

A combination of proven technology and durable engineering delivers a machine that can maintain bale density at higher ground speeds.

Performance

Vertical Chamber

A vertical chamber works with gravity to create denser bales without adding complicated parts or higher power requirements.

Can Run at Higher Speeds

The design of the MF 1 Series round baler ensures dense, high-quality bales, even when run at higher ground speeds.

Requires Less Power

Designed with minimal moving parts and a vertical chamber, less power is required while still delivering an efficient operation. The MF RB.146 only requires 80 HP, while the MF RB.156 requires 100 HP.

Comfort

Tractor Implement management (TIM) capable

These balers are Tractor Implement Management (TIM) capable, enabling the baler to stop the tractor and completely cycle the bale without operator input, reducing operator fatigue.

Swing-Away Loading Rack

The swing-away net loading rack pivots out at approximately tailgate height, minimizing lifting and positioning of the full weight of net wrap rolls.

Productivity

Global components for easy maintenance

The MF 1 Series round baler is designed, engineered and manufactured in Hesston, Kansas, utilizing global components common with other Massey Ferguson balers, simplifying operation and maintenance.

Cross platform commonality

The MF 1 Series round baler is tractor agnostic for easy integration into any operation.

Common electronic architecture

Common electronic architecture (CEA) allows for the hassle-free addition of features such as scales and moisture meters.

ISOBUS 11783 Compliant

Expect hassle-free communication with modern tractors equipped with compatible monitors.
